Designated governing director of the Town of Caraquet, Marc Duguay is responsible for managing the daily activities of the corporation. He manages approximately 35 employees, as well as the operation budgets and capital works of the city.
The governing director represents the Town on several committees. He is also the link between council and management staff, making sure that the council has access to the knowledge and recommendations of the corporation's employees.
